Faces are texture routed from 1/2" thick PVC sheet with letters and logo routed from 3/4" thick PVC. Finished with acrylic satin latex for years of weathering. Structure built from pressure treated pine and finished with oil stain. Custom stone column bases were provided by the construction crew that installed the sign. This sign was designed to match colors and styles of their newly remodeled office building.

Unfinished pressure treated pine posts. These were 6" x 6" posts wrapped with 2" x 10" planks to give a better dimensional appearance for the overall structure.

Preassembly in-house to assure correct fit for the installation crew. The structure was delivered unassembled, ready to install. Two posts, the main backing panel, and the roof topper was ready to bolt together on-site, the sign faces were then attached with stainless steel screws.
