This monumental sign marking the location of an upscale housing development near Parkers Crossroads, TN shows that simple materials and techniques can come together for an above average sign. Located near the Battlefield Park, the owners wanted to have a sign that fit with the historic atmosphere of the area and still fit within a budget.

Constructed of 5/4 treated 8" planking attached to treated post and surrounded by loose-stacked East Tennessee river stones the sign stands tall and has a great mass appearance. Overall the sign area dimensions are approximately 8' tall by 14' in length and when
installed stands over 12' tall. The main panel is a treated 2"x12" over 10' long and is incised carved and finished in latex. The oval graphic is a hand painted original done in enamels on an aluminum composite panel.
