Dimensional sign header cut
from 1/4" PVC
This is a built-up or stacked type construction,
the 1/4" thick "coffee swirl" is mounted directly to the sign
surface, the BEVERAGES letters are cut from 3/16" thick AlucoBond
with another set cut from 1/4" thick PVC applied on top. This
dimensional letter set is then mounted 1/2" above the sign surface.
Letters are finished in brushed aluminum foil with edges painted
medium gray. A very nice layout by Bruce Ottway came together with
the application of the dimensional header for this Coffee Shop sign
and the digital printed menu panels.
